At The Cric Store, we strive to ensure you receive the best quality products. However, please note the following terms regarding returns and refunds:

No Return / No Refund Policy

We do not accept any returns or provide refunds for any reason except in the case of damaged products.

In Case of Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged item, the following conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund:

1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

A clear and continuous opening video of the parcel from the moment the package is being opened is required. This video must clearly show the shipping label, the full unboxing process, and the damaged product.

2. Initiate Within 24 Hours

You must report the damage along with the unboxing video to us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Return of the Damaged Product

The damaged item must be shipped back to our warehouse. The refund will only be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed and confirmed by our support team.

Important Notes

Any complaint without an opening video will not be eligible for a refund.

Videos made after opening the package or edited clips will not be accepted.

No refund/return will be entertained for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or delay in delivery due to courier issues.
